Ozone is useful in swimming pools

Ozone

Ozone is useful in swimming pools since it can kill bacteria, parasites, and viruses. Ozone sanitizes your pool water in a circulation system, and you don’t ever want to come into contact with ozone gas while you’re swimming, since ozone can alter your DNA.

As soon as the water is circulated and returned into the pool or spa, the concentration of ozone is very low and other chemicals like chlorine or bromine, should be added so the pool is completely sanitized.

Ozone can’t be bought in tanks like chemicals since it must be generated on-site using an ozonator or ozone generator.

Pros

  • Works with inground, above ground, indoor, and outdoor pools

  • Works with fiberglass, vinyl liner, and concrete pools

  • Effectively kills and inactivates bacteria, viruses, and parasites

Cons

  • Ozone is dangerous for humans and needs to be carefully contained

  • Ozonators can be expensive to buy and install

  • Acts as a supplemental sanitizer and oxidizer only (you will need additional chemicals like chlorine or bromine)

With the NatureSwim™  freshwater pool system you don't need to worry about adding Chlorine, Bromine or any other chemicals in your pool.
We use low DC current that passes through the copper/silver rods and oxidize the water and that is by using low DC current on titanium plates making it 100 times stronger than chlorine and 1000 times faster at killing bacteria without the need of any chemicals!

A freshwater pool is completely safe for everyone, and if you are one of those people who are looking for an alternative to a chemical pool system and become more environmentally friendly.
